Terms of Use
Effective from 3 August 2026
These terms apply to the use of the website vasereko.cz and to any enquiries you submit through it. The operator is Let IT Bee, s.r.o., Company ID 24205095, VAT ID CZ24205095, registered office at Břehová 40/1, 110 00 Prague 1.
What the service does
vasereko.cz is an intermediary. We take your renovation proposal, review it, prepare a cost estimate and pass it on. to a proven implementation company, which will carry out the work. We assist with selecting the contractor, monitor the budget and remain available throughout the construction phase.
We do not carry out renovations ourselves. The works contract is concluded between you and the executing company. That company is also responsible for execution, warranty, deadlines and any defects. We do not conclude this contract and are not a party to it.
Enquiry and cost estimate
- Submitting the form is non-binding and free of charge. It does not create any order.
- We usually prepare the price estimate within 48 hours. It approximate - based on what you write to us, without an on-site visit.
- A binding price is provided only by the installation company after inspecting the flat and agreeing on the scope of work.
- The estimate is not an offer under Section 1732 of the Civil Code and does not create a right to conclude a contract.
What we need from you
- Accurate and complete details about the flat and the scope of work. The estimate is calculated based on these; if the input data are incorrect, so will be the price.
- Contact details through which you can be reached.
- Consent to pass your enquiry to the executing company. Without this, we cannot provide the service.
Do not submit the form if you are under 18 or not authorised to decide on the renovation.
What we are responsible for and what we are not
We ensure that your enquiry is handled with professional care and passed on to a company we have vetted.
We are not responsible for:
- execution of the work, its quality, deadlines or warranty. This is a matter for the executing company.
- the difference between an estimate and the final price after inspection,
- damage arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided to us.
- website availability, if the outage is caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Prices, dates and information on the website are for guidance only and may be changed.

The website's text, graphics and structure are our intellectual property. You may use them for personal purposes; reproducing them elsewhere requires our written consent.

Consumer disputes
If you are a consumer and we cannot reach an agreement, you have the right to seek out-of-court dispute resolution at Czech Trade Inspection Offices, Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, adr.coi.czYou can also use the European platform. ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Governing law and amendments
The relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. We may amend the terms; the new version applies from the effective date stated above and does not affect requests submitted earlier.
